If the Wifi icon/ indicator is flashing, then the product is not likely to be faulty but rather a poor Wifi connection or an internet network setting. The easiest way to test this is to use a secondary mobile phone’s hotspot to connect your product to the Goldair app.
Turn one phone hotspot on and connect the second phone to the first’s phones hotspot using the password provided.
Follow the pairing instructions , ensuring that you are using the hotspot connection with the correct password instead of your 2.4GHz connection.
If you are unable to pair, it could be a product fault. Please get in touch with our customer services team advising the steps you have taken.
If you are able to pair your product to the app via the mobile phone hotspot, then there is a router setting issue. Please contact your internet provider to ascertain what settings need changing to pair to your Goldair device.
