By default, some routers use the same network name for their 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks which makes it difficult for Goldair smart products to pair as they can not tell the difference between the two networks. You will need to split your network connections.

Log in to your router settings and unticking Band Steering and creating different names for the two networks. Please ask your internet provider for instructions as these can differ between companies.
