Log in to your router settings and unticking Band Steering and creating different names for the two networks. Please ask your internet provider for instructions as these can differ between companies.

Note, if your product has Bluetooth connectivity, you do not need to split your networks as Bluetooth is used to connect instead of the 2.4GHz connection.
